Food Service Sanitation
The Illinois Dept. of Public Health requires that all food service establishments that prepare and serve foo​d are required to have least one food safety manager on site at all times.
After successful completion of the ServSafe exam, you can apply for The City of Chicago Food Safety Manager License ($52.00) or display your ServSafe Certificate for validation outside the city (no license required as of 01/01/2018)
Our class formats include ; lectures, discussion, videos, and activities to enhance student learning, encourage participation and facilitate an understanding of the importance of their role in serving safe food.
Costs include : Study Guides, Instruction, and the ServSafe exam.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to the class date to receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future class. Credits are honored up to 6 months from registration.
In some instances, due to limited enrollment or circumstances beyond our control we may need to reschedule the class. We will inform you within 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled class date.
